How are commissions calculated?
Food delivery commission: 7% on Free, 4.5% on Plus, 2.5% on Pro. Mart commission: 5% on Free, 3.5% on Plus, 2% on Pro. Commissions apply to the order subtotal (before delivery fee, before tax). No hidden charges.
When do I get paid?
Funds (minus platform commission) are automatically transferred to your registered bank account within 7 business days of each completed order.
Does VegeBuddy support LHDN e-Invoice?
Yes. The platform has a built-in LHDN e-Invoice module. Invoices for you and your customers are generated automatically — no manual paperwork required.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Plus and Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You'll remain on your current plan until the end of the billing cycle, then revert to Free. No refunds, but no surprise charges either.
