Food delivery commission: 12% on Free, 8% on Plus, 5% on Pro. Mart commission: 9% on Free, 6% on Plus, 4% on Pro. Commissions apply to the order subtotal (before delivery fee, before tax). No hidden charges.
When do I get paid?
Every order is itemized — subtotal, commission and delivery shown line by line. Your earnings after commission are settled on your plan's payout schedule (Free weekly, Plus 3×/week, Pro daily) and paid out to your registered bank account once your balance clears the plan minimum. During the first-month 0% commission Launch Promo, all merchants are settled weekly; faster plan payout applies after the promo. Arrival time depends on your bank.
Does VegeBuddy support LHDN e-Invoice?
Yes. The platform has a built-in LHDN e-Invoice module. Invoices for you and your customers are generated automatically — no manual paperwork required.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Plus and Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You'll remain on your current plan until the end of the billing cycle, then revert to Free. No refunds, but no surprise charges either.
